MSO Marine provides services for both individual and commercial customers. We are a small firm and all our customers are dealt with individually with the solutions tailored to their needs

The work undertaken varies from design & build, marina management, new boats, motor launches and houseboats, pier maintenance to survey, repair and maintenance of various craft, and installations. We also carry out work for insurance purposes and compliance with the boat safety scheme

The boatyard is well equipped with two dry-docks, wet docks, hard standing with over head lifting gear, a crane-barge and machine workshop with turning and milling facilities

We offer Ultra High Pressure water blasting as the preferred method of surface preparation for steel craft. The equipment provides water pressure at 2600 Bar to clean all surfaces to bare metal. Surfaces blasted can be painted with high durability epoxy based paints for long-term protection solution. Life expectancy of coatings depends on systems and the mooring conditions but it is reasonable to expect 10 years plus

Pontoons

Pontoons are the floating walkway structures that allow access to and from boats moored afloat. At MSO we manufacture access solutions to best suit our customers’ requirements. We adjust freeboard and draught to suit the application and any cleats, bollards and service points as required

Vessel Conversion

We can convert your commercial steel craft to live aboard dream boat or anywhere in between. See the gallery of Victory before and after and Blue River with its new steel cambered deck

Welding Services

We undertake all fabrications in Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, and also Polypropylene tanks. See the gallery for pictures of a hull of a barge being overplated
